That's where the problem lied. The connection between Road Runner
(ATDN.Net) and Verio. When I did a traceroute, at that router connection
(ATDN.Net > Verio), it either timed out or the time was 400+ ms. Seems to
of been cured now. Thanx for the link. I lost it in my bookmarks. :)

If your packets are passing through Verio, you might see a bottleneck.
