I am willing to bet that they somehow - "accidentally"(yeah sure!) - 
changed the preferences or added a new classification and set the 
default to the 'allow spam' setting.  

I am gong to go back in and check my settings and turn off everything. 
 That way ALL email from TW/awol can be sent on to abuse!
