Subject: Where's linux.cf for InterViews?

i downloaded iv31bin (and lib) from sunsite. the binaries all work
fine. however, when i try to use ibuild (ie on the sample Clock app)
i notice that /usr/local/interviews/config/InterViews/iv-linux.cf
refers to a file linux.cf that isnt there (ie in parent dir).
 where is it/how do i make it?
