I'm trying to put together a "minimal" X11 setup for my machine. Unfortunately
I only have EGA and a limited amount of disk space (about 22 MB free) to do
do it. Is it possible to do it? If, so what do I need from the X11
distribution? I've found Xega.T.Z but it is fairly incomplete and requires a
recompiling of the X11 server. I would prefer to find a more complete Xega
distribution. I've checked on the various Linux ftp sites but have had no luck.
If someone has put together such a thing could they let me know what they did?
I've seen other postings concerning running X11 on an EGA system under Linux
to this group in the past. I'm wondering if any of those people who posted
those requests got it to work and how they did it. Any help on how to do this
would be gratefully appreciated! =) Thanks in advance!
