There is a problem with the linux/lib/Makefile, itimer.o is in the OBJS
and it shouldn't be (Darren Senn brought this to my attention). Also...
I changed all occurrences of 'cpp' to '$(CC) -E' and made sure of 'CC=gcc'
in all the Makefiles. After that 0.96aPL2 compiled just fine.
